🎃Teal Pumpkin Friendly

Free Patterns Master Index // Handmade Gift Ideas // Shop // Video Tutorials

Hello Maker,

I always like to have an alternative to sweet treats for my trick or treaters and this new pattern I just came up with is perfect for making cute little softie handouts that are sugar/allergy free, but not fun free.

If you haven't heard of the teal pumpkin project, it's basically the idea to have alternatives for kids who have allergies. I have a daughter that has a milk AND egg allergy and a son with a peanut allergy so I tend to be sensitive to those who have dietary special needs.

Some other fun ideas for trick or treaters is this candy corn bowling game.

This little printable treat box is great for class or office treats.

MORE HALLOWEEN FUN!

Wishing you a creative week!

xoxo,

Free Patterns Master Index // Handmade Gift Ideas // Maker's Studio Hello Maker, Do you ever feel like your brain has a limited hard drive? 😅 I swear I know things… and then I don’t touch them for a while and suddenly I’m like, “Wait—how do I do this again?” Buttonholes are that thing for me. I don’t sew them often, so before I make one, I always do a quick refresher. And honestly? Hi Reader, I don’t want you to read this one fast. Because enrollment for Surface Design Immersion closes tonight (Feb 24)… and I keep thinking about my mistake in 2021. I was interested. I could feel that tug. I told myself I’d “decide later.”And then the doors closed. I regretted it more than I expected—not because I missed a course, but because I realized I’d talked myself out of something I genuinely wanted. So if you’ve been circling this… saving posts… imagining what your creativity...

That brings happiness guaranteed! This St. Patrick’s Day, skip searching the grass and get creative with this charming Clover Button Art project. I remember making this with my kids; we spilled buttons everywhere (twice) and argued over "the perfect green" for our masterpiece. But by the end, we had a vibrant, textured...
