I tend to overload myself on holidays. Which is why on occasion my husband reminds me - that it's supposed to fun, not a stress fest. So even if I have Christmas ready to go.... you'll find me adding another last minute project to my plate. But I try to make sure that they are

So in that spirit here is a last minute project that is fast that you can make in the St. Nick of time:

Print up, slap on the label and you're good to go. I have a couple of yummy hot chocolate mix recipes for you too. I have a gourmet version ( a little more on the rich dark chocolate side) and a more classic milk chocolate version.​
