It's no secret that I love to create with my Cricut Maker. But what if you've never used a cutting machine? Is the Cricut Maker easy to use? A lot of my Cricut tutorials assume that you have a background with using a machine. but what if you're a newbie? This is for you.

I put together this tutorial on how to make this gorgeous party décor, with step by (baby) step instructions so you can learn some Cricut Maker basics and decide if the machine is a good fit for you.

I love a costume that starts as a "real" sewing pattern instead of something flimsy from a costume aisle. This one holds up — literally and figuratively. Show me the tutorial You...

Free Patterns Master Index // Handmade Gift Ideas // Maker's Studio We're down to the wire now, and if your porch still needs something, this is the one I'd grab. There's something so satisfying about handing a kid a costume you made instead of one from a rack. This tutorial is proof you don't need years of experience to pull it off.
